How does the program work?
- Thomas Funding Group approaches several lenders and gains pre-approval of the condominium project.
- Thomas Funding Group will meet with and pre-approve each potential purchaser to determine their ability to obtain a mortgage.
- Thomas Funding Group will then advise the developer, sponsor and/or realtor of the client’s suitability.
- The developer/sponsor is then able to enter into agreement with buyer to purchase the individual unit.
- Thomas Funding Group then works directly with the borrower to bring the file to closing while keeping all involved parties informed.
